Halloween Page Topper

Today's post is actually a page topper for a scrapbook page. It was designed by my upline, Amanda Coughlin. She shared it with us as
a make n take at our meeting on Monday. It is so cute, I can't wait to finish it by adding my 12 x 12 background and pictures. Lookie:



This uses the Stampin' Up! Sweet Centers stamp set that I have and have forgotten about, so I am gonna pull that baby out and use it. It also uses that awesome Owl Punch that I love, plus the new Bitty Bat punch from the Holiday Mini Catalog.
