Balmy Breezes

One of my favorite Stampin' Up! sets of all time is Balmy Breezes. I just love
palm trees and thankfully I live in Florida, so I can see them anytime I want.
Unfortunately, that stamp set has been retired, so I tried out my hand at making
one from punches. Not an original idea, of course, cuz there are so many talented
people out there who are so amazingly creative (like my buddy Ellen Kemper at http://blinkthinkink.blogspot.com/) with punches. I don't remember where I saw it, but here is my version of Balmy Breezes, punched.

  1. Look at YOU! Love that Punched Palm!

Don't you just hate it when your favorite stamps are retired? What will I do if they retire any of my punches? I've managed to live without the snow blossom that is gone but I'm not sure I'll survive if they take my butterfly or ornament away! And the ornament is in the Mini catalog - It might be gone after Christmas! Noooooooooooooooooooooo...

  4. Ellen, I can't believe that they would retire the ornament punch for good, I believe it will make a reappearance in the new catty, but it will still be a long wait, won't it?
